2. Delivery
2.1 Dispatch Time
Generally 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods.

2.2 Change Of Delivery Address
You can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
You are responsible for the increase in shipping costs caused by the address change.

2.3 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately, and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

2.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

3. Tracking Notifications

4. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please also contact us with next steps.

5. Duties & Taxes
We do not collect taxes.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. It will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value. By purchasing, you consent that you may need to pay for duties and taxes.
If you refuse to pay for the fees, the parcel will be destroyed by the carrier. In this case, we will not refund any fees.

6. Cancellations
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

7. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

7.1 Process For Parcel Damaged In-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

7.2 Process For Parcel Lost In-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
