How are shipping rates calculated?

FREE on ALL ORDERS, delivery time 5-15 business days.

How can I pay for my order?

We only accept PayPal right now, but we're working on adding a credit card option.
Actually you can also pay with credit card by PayPal.

How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?

Once you are prompted to enter your payment information during checkout, please click “Complete order”. Then you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.

Will my package be charged duties and taxes?

All duties and taxes are NOT included in our price.
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged duties or taxes. It will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
As far as we know, the current Duty thresholds are: United States $800 USD , Canada $20 CAD, Australia $1,000 AUD, Japan ¥10,000 JPY, and Singapore $400 SGD (for reference only).
All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

When will my order ship?

Generally 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes the tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime.
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email us within 7 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.

I received the wrong item.

If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number.
2. Pictures of the incorrect product, with a picture of the back label of the package so we can see the item number.
3. A list of the item that are missing.
We'll get back to you ASAP.

I received broken item(s) in my order.

We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we may help you further. Please be sure to provide pictures of your broken item so we can best assist you.

I'm not satisfied with the item I received.

We are sorry that our item is not perfect enough. Every baroque pearl is unique, so maybe it is a little different from the one shown in pictures.
Anyway, if for any reason you are not satisfying with the item, you can return it for refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You need to pay for the shipping of return.
If you return for quality problem of the item, we will afford the shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@peetty.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
