1. Warranty
We guarantee a one year warranty. You need to ship the item to us and pay for the shipping cost.
Charge:
  • If the loose pearl need to be tightened, earring’s closure loose or tight, and cleaning your jewelry, we will repair it free of charge.
  • If your beads need restringing or any pearls have to be changed, the Support Team will be in touch to let you know the cost before we replace those items.
How to start a warranty?
Step 1: Please email us at hello@peetty.com with the following information:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Image of damaged item
  • A description of your request
Step 2: If your request is accepted, we'll reply you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please Note:
  • We are unable to process requests for jewelry purchased at a discount.
  • If the damage was caused due to neglecting our jewelry care instructions, we will be unable to process your request.

    2. Care Instructions

    To take care of your jewelry and preserve its beauty, luster, and brightness, we recommend the following:
    • Remove it before going to bed.
    • Remove it before bathing or swimming.
    • Remove it before exercise.
    • Avoid contacting with cosmetics, perfume or other chemicals.
    • Avoid bumping & scratching with other jewelry.
    • Wipe pearls with a damp & soft cloth.
    • Store it in a clean, dry and cool place.
    Please Note:
    Gold-plated items are more susceptible to fade over time. The speed of fading will depend on various factors, such as the use of chemical products on the skin, how much the wearer sweats, or even the pH level of the individual’s skin. For this reason, it is particularly important to ensure suitable care of your gold-plated jewelry.
